Powers has been a FINRA Registered Representative since 1989.  He joined the institutional fixed income group that is now known as the Arbitrage Management Group in 1996.  Powers has assisted NFP (Health Care, Higher Education and Assisted Living) and municipal issuers across the country with over $1 billion in tax-exempt bond issues.  Powers advises clients with the pro-active management of over $450 million associated with tax-exempt bonds.  He and his wife have been  married 15 years, have 2 children, and both enjoy being involved with their children’s activities.
